Functions of the Admin & Finance Directorate –

  1. Carry out recruitment and fulfill all the formalities
  2. Help Create/Amend and follow the rules & regulations.
  3. Add Labs and Hospitals on Parks & Horticulture Authority panel.
  4. Reimbursement of Medical Bills as well as preparation of medical books.
  5. Personnel affairs.
  6. Organization of training of officials and supervision of programs established to that effect.
  7. General services including the general register of the staff
  8. Maintaining and auditing the accounts of the Organization
  9. Supervision of storage and purchasing
  10. Preparation of the Organizations budget
  11. Organization of administrative services for conferences and meetings
  12. Maintaining and organization of the archives as well as their use.
